What is "Viaggiare in Trentino"

"Viaggiare in Trentino" is a service provided by the Autonomous Province of Trento.

It is responsible for the collection and subsequent dissemination of information on traffic disturbances causing traffic congestion or slowdowns on the entire road network of the province of Trento, due to both static causes (construction sites and works in progress) and dynamic causes (accidents, queues, traffic jams due to excess traffic).

All information is disseminated to the road user by:

• radio announcements broadcast through selected local broadcasters;
• television announcements;
• information available on the toll-free number 800 994411;
• a dedicated website.

Who provides the information?

• The Road Management Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento provides information on all construction sites and all ordinances affecting the roadway;
• The Police provide the news directly and are contacted for the verification of each report;
• Members of the Surveyors' Club, through the toll-free number reserved for them, communicate to the call-center the problems they encounter along the roads of Trentino during their travels.
• Dedicated technological systems such as sensors for the detection of traffic flows and dislocated web cams in the key points of the Trentino area.
